Reception venues in or around Chatham, NY?

We are thinking about having our wedding in Chatham, NY outside at my Fiance's Aunt's beautiful house. I'm not too familiar with the area, but will be visiting at the end of this month. Does anyone know of great reasonable priced reception venues for 50-100 people that will also let us have a live band?

    I haven't been personally, but I was going to look at Birch Hill in Schodak. It looked pretty good online. My FSIL went to a wedding there a few weeks ago and liked it as well.
