  I just did a quick google search.  They look really nice.  However, it looks like the type of bouquet that, if done wrong, can look horrible.  It might look really to easy to make, but sometimes those seemingly effortless projects can go horribly wrong.  Personally, if I didn't have the time to do dry runs or know someone who has made them, I would hire a professional to make them.
  
  Maybe you could cross post this on the DIY board? Perhaps someone on there has made them before.
