  I am looking for someone in the Chicagoland area who can make a dress from a picture for me. Event is in Dec. I already contacted Mary Catomy and she is completely booked. Please advise. Thanks!!

  Hi! I am also looking for someone who can do this in Chicago, the only thing I found on the internet was this lady that apparently is an established fashion designer, but she also owns her bridal boutique were she sells her own dresses. I am not sure if she also makes replicas or creates new designs; here is the website
