    Today is not going to be a good eating day

    B: Christmas carry-in at work (chocolate, coffe, banana, baked oatmeal, meatballs...I had to try just about everything. ha)

    L- leftover brown rice topped with grilled chicken, tomato, mushrooms and spinach
    S- chobani
    D- TBD we might do a date night tonight, otherwise it will be finding something healthy at home

    E- elliptical 60 mins (hopefully)

    I ran 5 miles yesterday and am pretty sore!  We will see how working out goes today.
