Dress Question....

So I am new to the WA boards, I am having a DW so havent really paid much attention to all the stuff going on in WA even though I live here. However I am in need of help, I need to have a bustle put in my dress since it has a little train but Davids Bridal where I bought my dress wants to charge me like 400. Do you girls know of anywhere that does it for cheaper?

    I live South of Seattle near Puyallup/Auburn area but if it saves me money I will go anywhere within an hour drive!

    Note on Elizabeth - be sure to ask for her new address, she's moved and the addresses online are incorrect.

    Im not sure if they do it, but 400 is ridiculous! I got my dress at demetrio's in bellevue and the bustle is about $200 and its huge and lace.
