180-360 Challenge - Week 2!

"We are a group who are committed to doing 180 to 360+ minutes of exercise each week (minimum 180). We count minutes for all types of intentional exercise: aerobics, walking, weight training, strength work, stretching or heavy gardening. You be the judge of whether it's exercise. Shake and Jiggle it! Wiggle or Bump it! Thump and Stomp it! Womp it!! Kick it!! Flick it!!! bigsmile

We're here to support, encourage, and set challenges for ourselves. It's all about intention. If we don't make the 180 to 360+ minutes one week, there's next week to go for it.

The weeks starts every Monday in the month and ends the following Sunday at midnight. Then we start all over again the following Monday for week 2, 3, and 4.

    I know this week is going to be hard, a lot going on.... so I am going to try for 200 which will be pushing myself a bit!

    I'm back in! I was a little shy of my 300 last week so I'm aiming for it again :)

    Mon: 60 - Cardio and Strengthening
    Tue: 60 - Cardio and Strengthening

    Fri:
    Sat: 105 - Hike
    Sun: 30

    Goal: 300 minutes

    Mon: 30 mins
    Tues: 50 mins
    Wed: 0 mins :(
    Thurs: 30 mins
    Fri: 30 mins
    Sat: 0
    Sun: 20 mins

    Total/Total left:  160 mins/ (140) mins
    Did do as well as I wanted.  It was a busy weekend, so I didn't get a chance to really work out.

    Please count me in this week!  I surpassed my goal for Week 1.  YAY!!  Let's see how this week goes.
