Choosing songs is STRESSING me out!

Where are y'all on this process?

Prelude- Any must haves?

Parents/Grandparents Entrance
Bridesmaids Song
Bride Entrance
Unity Candle (this one I'm REALLY stuggling with)
Recessional

First dance?
Cake cutting song?
Garter Toss?
Last dance?

I'm struggling big time!!!!

    Prelude- No "must haves" but will probably be a lot of DMB since FI is certifiably obsessed (seriously, he's seen Dave in concert over 50 times)

    Our ceremony is structured a little differently:
    Groom and parents processional- VSQ "Enter the Sandman" (weird but he went to Virginia Tech and this is what their football team enters to haha)
    Wedding Party- VSQ "Fix You"
    Bride Entrance- Canon in D
    Unity Candle (this one I'm REALLY stuggling with)...we aren't having one so can't help with an example.  What type of music are you doing and maybe I can think of some suggestions (modern, religious, etc)
    Recessional-  edited part of "You and Me" by DMB then Slide by Goo Goo Dolls

    First dance?  Superman by Robyn Thick
    Cake cutting song? not sure.  I'm fighting for Rihanna "Cake" (edited of course) b/c I think it would be hilarious
    Garter Toss? Probably Gold Digger or Ladies Love Country Boys (yes these are polar opposites but I'm marrying a black country man so this is the paradox I live in haha)
    Bouquet toss? maybe It's Raining Men, probably Keri Hilson Turnin Me On because it's one of my favorite girl power songs
    Last dance?  Let's Stay Together Al Green

    This is definitely something I need to finish figuring out, the DJ has been asking how I'm doing on it (I think that's code for are ya done? lol)

    Bridesmaids Processional - Love Never Fails by Brandon Heath
    My Processional - Still deciding, leaning towards Lovely Tonight by Joshua Radin or A Thousand Years by Christina Perri. Still not sure if either is the 'right one' so still open to new ideas.
    Cord of Three Strands Ceremony - Love Is Not A Fight by Warren Barfield
    Signing the License - A friend is performing something ukelele/vocals. He's recorded an album and is pretty awesome :) He wants to surprise us so I don't know what that something is lol
    Recessional - Thinking about using Good Life by One Republic but not sold yet

    Reception Entries:
    BM  & GM  - ?
    MOH & BM - Having a Man of Honour so we're doing Its Raining Men lol Figured it would be some fun comedy
    Bride & Groom - ?

    First Dance - God Gave Me You by Blake Shelton
    Mother/Daughter dance (my dad isn't with us) - Mama's Song by Carrie Underwood
    Mother/Son dance - ?
    Wedding Party Dance - These are tradiitonal in my group BUT I hate partnering people off so we're thinking something upbeat and fun like Black Eyed Peas Lets Get It Started or something :) My one BM had the idea that about halfway through the song they'd go start bringing friends up to join us and that would kickstart the dancing and I thought that sounded fun!

    I LOVE LOVE LOVE Lovely Tonight by Joshua Radin.  I think it is perfect.  FI really pushed for a classical song for part of the ceremony since he's quite the classical musician so I liked it for my entrance, otherwise I probably would have went with this.  I'm insisting it is played at dinner or as one of our slow songs.  It is just beautiful

    The only song not picked out is the Mother/Son for FI and his mother. I've asked him numerous times but he has no idea. Their "bond" is very different than the bond I have with my parents; they really weren't the sentimental type.
    I don't really want to just pick a song for them, but I may have to if he doesn't pick something out.

    I've kind of been struggling too.

    Prelude: Some instrumentals. May go with some VSQ while everyone is being seated.

    The prelude is going to be some music from a Zelda game that FI really likes.  I've heard it and it does sound really good.

    Not sure what the BM are walking down to, but I'm trying to decide between something from VSQ or "From This Moment" by Shania Twain

    Recessional is going to be VSQ Death March from Star Wars......maybe.

    I may walk down the aisle to Stairway to Heaven the VSQ version. Our recessional is Beautiful Day by U2. First dance is Crush by DMB.
