Just because you come on here saying 'I am not a vendor' does not mean you are not. Also, if you are not a vendor, don't say you will do things for a 'nominal fee'. That means you ARE A VENDOR. I will ban you when you do these things. Thanks!

Also this board is for selling and buying wedding goods, not for asking questions about TK and how to do things.  Think of this board as 'ebay' or something. Thanks.

    If you are a moderator, I'm assuming The Knot employs you.  You may want to be more tactful when posting because you are very brash and rude.  I agree that some people overstep their bounds and that is frustrating, but some people have simple questions and you chastise them and then don't even answer their questions. IF you are a professional you should think twice about how you come accross. This is still a website wehere many people come for questions and you should not take it upon yourself to put people down. Just a couple words of advice from someone in the wedding industry where customer service is the utmost importance.
