Looking for local candy buffet items

Has anyone here bought candy buffet items (various jars, scoops, bags, etc.) locally?  I am looking to save on shipping or perhaps borrow/buy used.

    I've seen jars that could be used for a candy buffet at Target and Michaels, but all for $15-30/jar, which is way more than I want to spend.  I've gotten suggestions for going to a dollar store, but haven't made a trip yet.  If you find any for a decent price, let me know, because I'm interested too!

    Or, if there are enough people, with spread out enough dates, maybe we can do a candy buffet co-op for the jars and scoops.
