  • I cooked the one and only meal I'm making last night, ha, we had pasta with chicken sausage and artichokes. Tonight I'm getting a spray tan kind of late so we're on our own. Tomorrow we're going out as our "last date". Thursday I think our FILs said they'd make us dinner? Friday's our rehearsal dinner!

    I think we're doing leftover green goddess soup and turkey burgers.  I would sell my soul to eat a plate of bacon and drink a few glasses of whiskey.

  • I just boiled up about 2lbs of leeks, (and am drinking the broth about every 3 hours) because I am super bloated and well it's that time of month (SO HAPPY it is now and not this weekend) ... I am now using the leeks to make a vegetable leek soup...for lunch and probably supper...

    Probably have left overs for tomorrow... and Friday night we are having a small bbq... (RD)
  • today we are going out for burgers at a gourmet burger place.   nooo idea what I'm doing for the rest of the week.  i may attempt to make a small thanksgiving dinner for my fiance because we are spending thanksgiving weekend working on our house.
  • Last night : Chicken pot pie
    Tonight: Lasgana (both premade freezer meals as I'm working later)
    Tom: Steaks on the grill, baked potatoes corn on the cob
    Thur: Chicken with honey and almonds, rice, broccoli and a salad
    Frid: Not sure, fi is working, i'll scrounge through the fridge
    Saturday: My parents show up...we'll figure it out then

  • I am not able to think past today....However, I am in the process of making cinnamon buns, because that is what I am craving.

    As for dinner tonight, I am making mozza stuffed meatballs, spaghetti and rose cheese sauce, tossing it all in a casserol, throwing more cheese on top and baking it.

    Tomorrow the photographer is coming over for dinner, so FI will probably make deer steak.

    Thrusday and Friday will be leftover.

    Saturday is whatever FI comes up with.

    Sunday is Thanksgiving in Canada so we are going to FMIL's for turkey and the like.
  • I made pork carnitas Friday, and we still have TONS left over! We will have that again tonight. Maybe I can figure out a way to 'casserole' it.

  • We are going to try the one and only food truck we have here tonight! I'm very excited, they are parked next to a beer place so double yum. Moe's tomorrow night and then who knows? Ha I rhymed!
