Can anyone recommend a good place to get my alterations done that won't charge me an arm and a leg?

i used a lady in dover that works in her house. she does amazing work for cheap ^_^

the most i've seen her charge for a single dress (in the 2 weddings i've worked with her) was $100 & that was for my sister's wedding gown that needed to be taken in at the waist 8 inches (she had to buy it to fit her chest) & fix a bit of the draping. for bridesmaids dresses she usually charges between $15-$40 depending on how much work needs to be done.
