Day-After Brunch - Invitations or Not?

Just wondering if those of you who had day-after brunches sent out invitiations or not? We're sending them out for the rehearsal dinner, so I didn't know if we should send out ones for the brunch, or leave a note in their hotel welcome bags....The brunch is taking place in the hotel, so maybe it would be a good idea to just leave that note since all of the out-of-towners are invited?

If anyone has any other ideas, that would be great! Thanks!

Re: Day-After Brunch - Invitations or Not?

  • Who is hosting the day-after brunch?

  • It's sort of a group effort - my fiancé and I, my Mom, and his parents...

  • Exactly what PP said

We just used postcard invitations from VP and included it in their welcome bag....we also gave a reminder while at the rehearsal dinner

  • Our was held at my in-laws house and not at a hotel  but we still had many out of towners there as well as our bridal party and immediate families.  We called them all to invite them.  Leaving them a note sounds like a good idea but it doesn't leave people any notice.  If people don't know about it, they might have plans to get up and leave first thing in the morning.  Some advanced notice would be nice so guests could plan ahead.  That way you'll also have some kind of idea of how many people are attending.
