How is everyone's weight loss/fitness goals going this weekend? FI and I hit the gym yesterday mroning for a good run. After that we ended up taking the dogs for a 2 hr walk in the afternoon! It was a great day! Today going to focus more on some strength work, will pull out my pilates stuff later this afternoon.
