  I did not purchase my dress there because they could not order the specific style number, but everytime that I have gone into the store the customer service has always been stellar. The owner, Lindsay, is an absolute sweetheart that treats her clients like family. I am sorry that you had a bad experience.

  I have only been in there once but had great service from the gal that was helping us with BM dresses and wedding dresses.
