Aruba Bucuti Beach Resort???

We are planning on staying at the Bucuti Beach Resort for our HM. Anyone who has stayed there --- do you recommend the Tara Suite or the Tara Penthouse?  Is there a much bigger difference that would be worth the extra $$$?? 

Also, I read something about a Kunuku bus or something like that.  Safe?  Crazy?  Fun?  Info?

    Hi we are staying here for part of our HM in July.  We booked the Tara Suites.  It is more expensive but we wanted to have a really nice room with an ocean view.  Since it is pricey we are only staying here for 3 nights then we are going to the Renaissance for 6 nights. 

    I am pretty sure we are going to do the Kunuku as well my friend did it when she was there and said that it was a lot of fun.

    I stayed in the Tara Suites and it was amazing.  We had a ground floor room which was really nice because you could just walk to the beach from your patio. 

    We took the bus once, it was good.  We also rented a car for a day and saw the entire island.  Be sure to make a stop at Baby Beach, the water is only knee high for about a 1/4 mile out.

    I did the Kunuku when i went on a cruise a few years ago and it was a lot of fun!

    We have been to Aruba three times and, each time, stayed in the Tara Suites and loved it.  When we were there in Jan for our honeymoon, H decided he wanted to re-book while we were there -- and stay in a Penthouse suite -- we couldn't b/c one was not available for our dates.  I suspect we'll be back there next Jan/Feb, in a PH suite and then, will never want to go back to a regular Tara Suite.  H is so addicted to Bucuti.  I have no problem enabling him.  LOL!
