The weekend is almost here!  That's something to dance over!!!

Woke up this morning feeling bla!  Wii Hula did the trick!  Also, did my wall push ups and squats.  According to the Wii I've lost another .09 lbs.  Go me!

    wahoo!!!! Good job! Way more productive than I'll be today. Prob go walking this afternoon. Thats about it, my allergies are killing me!

    I'm not participating just yet but I do want to brag that last night H went to Wendys for a frosty and asked if I wanted one and I actually passed it up and instead made a fresh blueberry, banana, and soy milk shake :-)

    I had a session with my personal trainer earlier this week and today I did cardio.  I also danced for an hour on Wednesday.  Yesterday, FI went to KFC to try that double down sandwich thing and he asked if I wanted a bite.  I actually said no.  I think I lost a pound this week and I'm trying to lose 1 or 2 more by next week in time for my dress fitting.

    I hope to play either tennis or volleyball tonight, if I can ever get a hold of my friend. lol Good job to everyone and keep it up!

    I laugh every time I read the title. I'm fabulous! I've coined the terms "Holy Sheet" and "Fat Check In"! What will I come up with next?! LOL!

    I didn't do anything yesterday but I went to spin class today. I'm ALMOST down 10 pounds. =)

    I have been stuck at 22 pounds down for almost 3 weeks now.. FRUSTRATING!!  Weekends are always so hard.  I don't think I'll be able to work out today because we have a family party.. so that makes 2 days in a row!!  =(  Hopefully I'll skip on the junk food tonight at the party and at least stick to my diet!!!  

    Please everyone hope for me I lose another pound sometime soon, because seeing the same number on the scale for 3 weeks is driving me CRAZY!

    Jenny, sounds like you need to shock your system. Cut out carbs for a week or switch up your workout routine. That should get you going down again.

    Ok so I felt guilty seeing everyones excercise posts on here the past couple days so this morning I got up early and went to the gym and did the step machine for forty minutes. I'm about to go do the rest of my work out on my body ball in a couple of min!
