Lawsuit Against Photographer Jennifer MacPherson (formerly of Amanda Williams)

I am wondering if anyone is in the process or would like to speak about taking Jennifer MacPherson to court because she is not abiding by her contract and has taken our money.  To me she has stolen our wedding pictures since we paid for more than just cd's. 

If anyone is interested or has already started the process I would love to speak with you because our wedding was in June 2011 and we haven't heard from her since and I've been trying continuously since the beginning of August.

    Ugh sorry you are dealing with this.  My friends went through something similar with their photographer and got involved in a class action.  Have you posted on Wedding Wire about her too?  If not I would try there as well. Good luck!

    I would like to as well- trying to find out what needs to be done to file for this- Wedding was in April- I have the CD of all the unedited pictures but nothing else that was promised in the contract... I had the option to get out of the contract with her but she did such a nice job with our engagment photos, I decided to stay with her and she "promised" to be available, etc-  has been 6 months- we have been calling and e-mailing but with no response- it's so embarrasing that this has happened- a joke that I don't have my final pictures (edited)

    I am very interested and ready to proceed with a lawsuit.  She did the same thing to us and we were married in July.  My email is Jennifer_hickox@yahoo.com.  Please email me and we can start the process.  I have been in contact with 4 other brides who this has happened to as well.

    I was married last Feb and have yet to recieve ANYTHING, not even a CD!

    I'm in the same boat. My wedding was in 9/17/11 and have yet to receive any pictures and response back from her. I'm interested in the Lawsuit against Jennifer so it will not happen to another bride. She was the only photographer at my wedding.     I am in the very same situation. We had Jennifer take our photos for our wedding in January 2011. It has been a year and we have not heard from her at all. She has ignored our phone calls and emails. My email is Julie.tolles@gmail.com. Please email me if you would like to talk about filing a lawsuit! I am desperate to get my photos.

    We suffered the same experience for our wedding in June 2011 in Buffalo.  We filed a claim against her in small claims court.  We have a judgment against her.  As far as we know she still resides in Holley NY.  I see that these blogs are from several states and I wondered how all of you heard about her?  Was it just her website or some other form of advertising too?
    Please let me know if you are still moving forward - we would be willing to participate in any action against this fraudulent vendor.
