What is the best nail salon on Maui?

I'm looking for one in the kihei/ wailea area, since that is where we will be staying. Probably gonna go for the fake nails just so the polish will stay on longer, but of course I want them to look really nice. Any recommendations are greatly appreciated? And if info. I need an appointment or not would be lovely =)

I just booked my bridal party & our Moms to get mani/pedi's at Quinnie's in Kihei.  I have no idea if it is the 'best' one, but I like the look of the place and really we aren't going there for anything too fancy.  They are opening the store up for just us though and they told us we are welcome to bring all the food & drinks we want since it's just us.  I'm super excited for our little girls outing!

I'm booked at the Maui Nail Bar in Kihei for myself and my bridesmaids a couple days before the wedding.  They came highly recommended.  Check em out!

We used La Fleur Plumeria Nail Salon in the Dolphin Plaza in Kihei, recommended by Dan Sanchez.  I would say they did a decent job -- not the best mani/pedi I've had, but not bad.  Where they did excel was for my shower -- we had 6 girls and the salon is centralized in one area so we could all be together during our treatments.  They also set up a nice table for us for the shower with a tablecloth, etc.

Jackcody used Stranz and had great things to say.

I'm using Maui Nail Bar as well, their reviews seem to be good, and their prices are good as well.

BTW - if you haven't already considered a shellac / gellish / gel manicure (called different things at different places) I highly recommend them.  I normally chip a nail within the first 4 hours, but these last about 2 weeks on me (the only reason I have to change is that the nail grows out).  I thought it was a worthwhile investment so that I could still finish last minute things like flowers or cards or whatever without worrying about my nails.  It also meant they looked flawless across the RD, wedding, and next day brunch.

Stranz Nail Salon in Kihei--review on my bio and a link on the Maui Wedding planning website.  My mom is a local and goes there regularly.  We both agree that it's better than any Spa that we have ever been to.
