So I really need someone to do the basics, the day of and at the rehearsal. (Rehearsal coordination, setting up/tearing down ceremony basic decorations, and possible centerpiece/place cards set up) I'm very organized and ahead of the game already, so I'm not needing design help, vendor recs, ect. I've priced a few Coordinators in the area and the "Day Of" packages are starting anywhere from $990-$1700! I am wanting to hire someone and not use a family friend so I know it will get done and none of my guests have to "work" that day. Do you have any recommendations?
