DOC under $700

Can any of you ladies recommend a Day of Coordinator under $700? I'm a very organized person, so I'm just looking for someone to help oversee the day. There should be no vendor meetings required. I've contacted Karolina of Weddings by Karolina AND Cori of Ashford Events, but unfortunately, they're already booked for my September 2013 date. Would appreciate any suggestions!

Another bride on this board suggested Barb of Just Ducky Events to me. I contacted her and if we had hired a DOC we would have gone with her for sure. Here is her website:

It says her Day of Coordinator Services Package is $500.

We didn't end up using a DOC b/c our venue provides a coordinator and I was comfortable having her make sure everything was in its place. Good luck!

My son and DIL used Carolynn from Shannon Gail. She was friendly, helpful, thorough, and timely with communications. That poor woman worked our outdoor wedding on one of the hottest weekends this summer. Never once did it show in her demeanor or enthusiasm!

We are using Barb from Just Ducky Events and we were able to get a special of $300 for her services. I haven't had my wedding yet, but she has been easy to work with so far and her company's reviews are wonderful.

We used Karolina Warren (Weddings by Karolina) as our DOC. Her DOC package is $600. She is super nice and kept me completely stress-free on my wedding day. She came very highly recommended by other Knotties.

I second people suggesting Barb from Just Ducky Events. We used her for our wedding in June and she was amazing!!! I posted a review for her last month that you could find on this board. Hiring her was one of the best choices we made.
