Accessories and invitations recommendations?

Anyone know of good and inexpensive places in/around SF or Berkeley to find shoes and other accessories?  I'm also looking for invitations vendors.  Happy to hear any and all suggestions!

    If you are a DIY-er, my future sis-in law just found pretty neat invitations from Michaels a 30-pack for 19.99! But IDK how crafty or budgety you are trying to be...

    I plan on getting my invitations from Etsy.com. Not as cheap as doing it yourself but overall they seem much more reasonable than buying them from a vender.
