Mother of the Bride Dress?

Hello! Are there any stores in Manhattan that carry a good selection of dresses for the bride's mother?  Thanks in advance!

There's always RKBridal, though it helps to have done some research on what your mom likes before you go there. it is a bit of a mob scene, but the prices are good. and don't forget that department stores often have good options for MOBs, especially if you aren't picky about the color. Nordstrom, Lord & Taylor, Saks, and Macy's all have sections of evening gowns that are meant to be MOB.

I'm a little reticent to expose my secret weapon, but you MUST call Gabrielle Carlson. She has an atelier in the Village and is by appointment only. Gorgeous stuff and well priced. She also does beautiful alterations.

We found my mom's dress at Macys. They have a huge dress department. We also looked at Bloomingdale's but the dresses were a little too formal for my daytime wedding.

You could always try Etsy.com.  I had a few dresses made through vendors there, including one in Brooklyn, and they turned out beautifully.
