Trying to find my mother a dress!

My mother is despritly trying to find a dress that is her size for my wedding. We shop alot at cathrines and other plus size stores but we can't find any dresses that can fit my mom. Do you have any ideas where to look? She wears a size 5x sometimes 6x. I'd love some feedback! Thanks so much!

My FMIL is a 4x and bought a dress on Woman Within (www.womanwithin.com). They come up to a size 40W on the size which is a 6x. They have a few dresses in the "special ocassion" section - might be worh checking out. Maybe it will be easier to find a two piece set with a shirt and skirt as they would tend to be easier to fit and a lot more comfortable than a one piece dress. Also look on Sonsi.com . They will have some of Catherine's brand items, but they also Lane Bryant and other brands. Sonsi is the company that Lane Bryant owns that carries multiple brands of designer dresses including mother of the bride dresses.

I've never used these sites, so I can't vouch for them. I just had them bookmarked. It appears that not every dress is available in every size. Grr...

Shopping online would be a good bet. also there is a store where i live called once upon a dress the can order just about any dress in any size. its in the lincoln mall in freeport maybe give them a call she may know where to find a dress for you guys good luck
