spray tan?

Is it okay to get an airbrush or mystic tan before the wedding.  I don't want it to rub off on my dress or look streaky after I take a shower.  Anybody with experience and advice?

I am planning to do one for the wedding, but I'd recommend that you do it a few days prior. This way if you have any areas that didn't turn out so well, you have time to scrub it away. I did them for our engagement pics and it made a big difference.

I used to spray-tan all the time.  While I didn't do it for my wedding, if you do, I recommend going going twice before the wedding.  Go once about three days before, and again the day before (if you're getting married Saturday, go Friday morning or Thursday evening).  That way if there is anything uneven, it will be evened out, and you'll have deeper color that will last longer.  It shouldn't rub off on your dress as long as you've showered since you last spray tanned, since they often put bronzers in the tanning solution so you look tanner faster, which often rub off.  I also really recommend doing a trial run a few weeks before just to be sure you like it.  There'd be nothing worse than frantically rubbing your skin raw to get a fake tan off (I've seen it on TV, and it looks awful!).
