Looks like the fiance and I are spending the night in as he has to work and I am helping my future MIL put together the family party for tomorrow... Dinner is almost done and the house is clean... Just trying to deal with an annoyance that a roomie has caused by leaving dishes in her room... *sigh* That is the least of my worries... Right now the wedding venue and him and I putting the downpayment on a house soon is pressing and so is the dr's appointment that I scheduled to get my shoulder looked at and pray that it can be fixed without surgery or pills...

    FI is hanging Sheetrock in our master bedroom while I'm doing chores and Knotting, so it's a quiet night in for us also. We needed the break, so I'm not complaining. Hope your shoulder just needs some rest and physical therapy! Injuries are always scary. Injuries while trying to play the hostess are even worse!

    Yes they are... I am doing some of the cooking on top of it... The party is at her house but I have a few dishes I am making... All of his aunts, uncles, and cousins are gonna be there too... Luckily his mother knows about my shoulder Smile

    It's good she's conscious of the injury. It's bad enough to have to favor a joint you use for almost everything, and another level of hell to try and fake being OK just for the sake of entertaining!

    It is bad and hopefully tomorrow will provide some resolution as I have an appointment with a doc to try and figure it all out or get a referral to a specialist... I do not mind entertaining, I just know thatI will be limited in what I can do like no carrying out heavy trays of food and etc... Also being a part time make up artist and full time pharmacy technician really gives me no time to really baby my shoulder unless it is something simple that I can do with my left side. So for the time being I just have to put on my game face and hope for the best and here goes nothing as the party is today at 2 and the fiance does not get off til 4 and he knows that he is going to have to do most of the heavy lifting because there is no way that I can...
