recommendations for rehearsal dinner?

Hi everbody. I know it's been months since I've posted but I'm getting down to just a little over 9 weeks before the weeding and realizing how much stuff I still need to do! FI and I are funding the rehersal dinner and I needed some help.  We are debating doing it at a restaurant or just in the clubhouse of our apartment complex.  There's going to be about 80 people and the wedding is in Highlands Ranch/Lone Tree area.  Any ideas for restaurants or places to cater if we don't have it in a restaurant?? Thanks. I could really use your help on this!

How big is your budget for the rehearsal? I've looked into the Rio Grande at Park Meadows.  They rent out the whole upstairs and are pretty reasonable. Aroud 15-25 pp

Also, try the Ridge at Castle Pines North.  They have a kick ass view and seemed like they were willing to work with any budget. They had a $1500 food and bev minimum for a Friday night and averaged $30 pp

You could also try renting out a park pavilion (Not quite sure where in your area there is one...but there is one off of Lincoln in Parker)  It's usually cheap to rent from a city, but you'd have to do everything...cater, service, decorations, clean up.

    Good luck and happy planning!

Having the dinner at a resturant may be more expensive, but at least you and FI, and any family that would help, wouldn't have to worry about set up and clean up.  You are going to be so busy with the actual rehersal and preparing for your wedding, I personally would recommend you go to a resturant.   Spend the time with your family and friends and leave the clean up to someone else.
