    Dear Mandasue,
I'm very jealous that you are going to Disney in a week.  I keep telling Bill that I want to go but he's not getting the message.  Have tons of extra fun for me!  :-)

I do new product development and I am working on branding new pork cuts.  I have 50 lbs of fresh pork in my office right now.  Weird.

    Dear knotties,

Does anyone know which bakeries offer the champagne cake flavor?  I would really like to include that flavor in one of my tiers.

    thanks in advance,
    your fellow knottie

    Dear coworker,
Your snotty attitude is not gonna bring me down today.  So quit with the dirty looks and haughty tone.

    sincerely,
    someone who is unaffected

    Acholak,

I think Delicious Cakes, Romano's Bakery, Rejoice Bakery all offer champagne.  When I did my tastings Delicious Cakes had the best of that flavor.

Elena's has the BEST champagne wedding cake in Dallas. I searched high and low for my wedding and found theirs to absolutely delicious. Elena is amazing, her cakes are beautiful, and she is a pleasure to work with. One year later, we are still getting compliments on how good are cake tasted.

    Hope this helps!

    Dear maintenance people,

Is it really necessary to tear down cubes with hammers and drills during work hours?  I thought this kind of stuff was best left to do after 5:00?

    Thanks for nothing,
Worker who has not gotten much done

Cake sounds delicious.  My 1-year wedding anniversay is one month and 2 days away!  Wow, this first year has gone by so quickly!

Dear overbearing florist lady at Market Street,

I am capable of making my own bouquet. It was really rude to tell my mom if it doesn't work that she can bring it back and you would do it. Shove off.

    Dear Marissa,
Good luck with your bridals tomorrow!  Maybe the lady at Market Street thought she was being helpful but there is no cause to be rude.
