bride and groom favor boxes

Has anyone used these? If you did, did you put them on the tables or set up on a seperate table for guests to grab and go? They will most likely have almonds and some sort of chocolate covered fruit (raisins, cranberries).

Also, i found these really cute tiny galvanized buckets at Dollar Tree. Would it be too much to have both the boxes and these filled with candy on tables?

We did the traditional favors, and we set them on each table. Anything edible is usually a good choice. And the little buckets sound really cute. Depending on how many you are doing, Wal-Mart has some really nice favor kits, that is where we got ours.

I actually saw the boxed bride and groom favors in the dollar store - one was opened and it was chintzy and flimsy looking nothing like I thought it would be like online showed.
