tipping for hair/makeup trial???

the hair and make up trial are 2 different people... the makeup person owns her own company and i am not sure about the hair person Jen Dallas??? DO you tip in general for the trial?

    My makeup artist works for herself. I didn't tip for the trial but I tipped on the wedding day.

    I tipped the hair stylist for my first trial because I went to a salon and she was not the owner.

    I didn't tip on trial, but tipped day of. I said I wouldn't, but I did.

    Did not tip for make-up trial. She works for herself and I went to her house. I tipped for the hair trial because it was at the salon and it was also for a wedding that day.
