    B-Special K cereal with fat free milk
    Snack- Half of a kashi Honey almond bar
    Lunch- Korean BBQ pork, rice, and snap peas
    Snack- Banana and small cinammon dolce latte from Starbucks
    D-Chicken and buttered noodles
    Dessert- FI and I are going out for ice cream tonight, and Carvel has a Samoa ice cream sundae- not healthy at all but I MUST try it :)

    L: left over pot roast (and then a minibag of sun chips because I was hung over from my FBIL's bday party last night and thought that might help...)
    D: barley and kale soup and some quakes
