Where are you planning on having or where did you have your wedding at?
We were married in Dana Point while sailing on Spirit of Dana Point Tall ship . Our reception was at the Dana Point Yacht Club.

What part of getting married are you/were you most excited about?
Well spending the rest of my life w/ DH was number 1, but getting all dolled up and having a party w/ all my friends and family was a close 2nd.

If you had an unlimited budget what would you add to your wedding?
I would have draped the entire ceiling in white fabric instead of just sections, and probably more flowers.

what does your screen name mean?
We were going to have our wedding in mexico before we decided to keep it local.

Thanks MissMex, this is a great idea! I remember my sis and friends saying how much the boards helped them but I noticed that it doesn't seem to be as active. So here goes...

What part of getting married are you most excited about?
The party! We want all of our friends and fam to have a blast dancing, drinking, eating and just having a good time together.

More guests so we could party with every single one of our friends and family.

I was most excited to see all of my friends and family in one place... and also getting to live with my husband.

I would have added a sushi chef.

Getting to be an official part of my fiance's family. Plus I'm really looking forward to getting to have my name changed. And I'm looking forward to being a "wife"

Not booked yet. Would love to have the ocean as my backdrop for the ceremony so I am looking at Laguna Cliffs Marriott and a few other coastal places.

What part of getting married are you most excited about?
Having my friends and family celebrate with us, saying my vows, and the big celebration!!!

If you had an unlimited budget what would you add to your wedding?
I would upgrade to a luxe location- Montage, Pelican Hill, etc. They are so utterly breath taking and beautiful.

We've just started the venue search. We're thinking of a winery wedding, but with his family in NoCal mine down here we're having a difficult time trying to decide wher to start looking... down here or somewhere in the middle. Thoughts?

What part of getting married are you most excited about?
I honestly can't wait to get through this part and just be a married couple.

If you had an unlimited budget what would you add to your wedding?
More flowers. More food. More photographers - not papparazi-like... but 3 0r 4 to capture EVERYTHING.

We booked our wedding at Eagle's Nest Clubhouse in Cypress for June 2011.

All of it! Charles and I have been together for 7 years and have been waiting for this day for so long!
