Has anyone heard or have had Brookfield Wedding Cakes for their wedding? Got a great first impression, just looking for some reviews.

    My cousin works at a banquet hall in the Brookfield area and he raves about their wedding cakes! (yes, he works there and has tried it, I guess many couples forget their top tier...)

    Here is a review from another WI knottie that used Brookefield Weeding Cakes:

    Brookfield Wedding Cakes 
    MUST MUST MUST taste these cakes.  Absolutely the best wedding cake I've ever had in my life.  People are still gushing over the cake. (jennya.esq)
