Hello everyone. I'm new to the board. This is officially my first week at planning my wedding. We are planning a June 2012 wedding.
Has anyone heard about Casa Ybel Resort in Sanibel, Florida? I've read some pretty good reviews and just loved the place but so far not happy with the communication I've been getting.
This week I've spokek w/several other people and they all have been super friendly, just informed me all about my options etc. When I spoke w/Jessica she was very vague on the phone and pretty much told me all the information I need is in the email she sent me. She wasn't offering too much on the resort or trying to "sell" it to me as far as telling me about the beautiful weddings they've had there.
I attempted several times to say things about the resort and she didn't say too much. She even told me to think about it some more w/my Fiance this weekend.
In all fairness she did say she's been busy and training someone new but I'm just nervous if we do decide to go w/them is this wha it'll be like? I left several messages for her and several emails in the past week and she just now responded.
Any help, tips, advice would be appreciated.
