How much time do you plan on taking off work for the wedding?

I'm taking the Friday off before the wedding and then a full two weeks for the honeymoon. It's the longest I have ever taken off!

Vacation time is at a premium, so I am only taking off the Friday before the wedding. I will be taking 5 days off a week later for the honeymoon, so I'm essentially taking 6 days out of my 10 avaiilable vacation days.

We are both just taking the Friday before and the whole week after off. Our HM is Mon-Sun and the following Monday is Memorial day, so that's a bonus... an extra day to relax!

I'll actually be quitting my job the Monday before the wedding. Mostly because that lets me have time to finish getting last-minute moving stuff ready. If possible I'll have a new job hopefully lined up for after the honeymoon, hopefully wherever we end up moving for him to go to pa school.

The wedding is the 17th so I am taking the 15,16,17 and the week after that. Then I will have the added bonus of memorial day.

Hopefully it works out this way, FI does not know how much vacation time they will be giving him because it will be his first year receiving it.

I originally did not plan on 2 days before but I figure I can use them for running around and errands and the day before we have to finalize with our venue and drop stuff off and our florist as well.

Our wedding is the 18th, so I want to take the Thursday and Friday before off and then the following week for our honeymoon. Memorial day weekend is a nice extra day off that doesnt count for vacation

I am taking 3 days off before the wedding and the whole week off after for the HM ,will be going back to work the following Monday.

Right now I'm looking at about 2 1/2 weeks total. Our wedding is on a Sunday, but I was planning on taking the Wed before through 2 weeks after off for wedding and honeymoon. I have allocated my vacation time to fit that, and our fiscal year starts over June 1, so I'll be getting a new batch of vacation 5 days after we're married.

I do have the option to work from home too, so I may end up working 2 of those days from home, just to give the people who are covering for me a break.

Our wedding is the 25th - gonna take off the Thurs & Fri before, then the full week off after. With Memorial Day it will only be 6 days PTO requested.

3 or 4 days the week of the wedding. We have trips planned in June and September, so no extra vacay time available.

Wedding's on a Friday. I'm off Friday and Saturday so I don't have to take off for that. I'm going to work the day before only because I just got this job and I don't want to take off alot. Our honeymoon is Sunday-Sunday. Back to work the next day, hopefully depending on if we get an early flight back home. I have to be at work at 7am, I'm gonna need a little sleep. If we have a late flight back home, then I won't go back until that Tuesday. So that's 6-7days off.

I'm taking off the Thursday and Friday before our Saturday wedding and then after for the honeymoon. 2 weeks exactly, which is all I can take off from teaching at a time because people will forgive me for missing 2 of their lessons in a month, but never 3.

Thinking so far taking off Wednesday-Friday and the wedding's on saturday. Then, we'll go on our prospective mini-moon tuesday-friday the following week to avoid MDW holiday rates. So in total about a week and a half.

I just put my vacation time on the calendar! I will be taking off Thursday and Friday before the wedding and 2 weeks after it. Even though we get back from the hm on Wednesday I wanted some time to get the house back in order and get over the jet lag.

I'm taking the Friday before odd and the week after off. I only get 7 vacation days at my work so I only get one other day off for the rest of the year. Ugh.

Can't put in for vaca time for next year until December-ish, but my plan is...

Wedding is the 18th.. I'll take off Wed-Fri the week before, and then the whole week after for the honeymoon.. Have Memorial Day as a holiday.. debating on requesting that Tuesday too...

I'm a law student. So Im graduating the first weekend in May after finishing my final exams, going to NYC for my bachelorette party the second weekend of May, and the wedding is the third weekend. Then after that it's BAR prep for the next two months. No job; just a lot of other busy-ness.

My plan is to take just the Friday before off. Go back work Mon an Tues an then be off another 8 to 10 days depends where we end up on our honeymoon. Things are slightly changing. Either way no more than 2 weeks.

My wedding is the 11th, so I'll be taking off the 9th & 10th before the wedding, and then the following 2 weeks. I'll go back to work on the Tuesday after Memorial Day. Our HM is the 13th through the 22nd, so we'll also have a couple days at home after to unpack, go through gifts and just spend some time relaxing.

I will be taking off the Thursday- Saturday the week of... our wedding is that Sunday. After the wedding I plan on taking off about a week and half for the honeymoon or staycation (dont know what we are doing)...
