  You may want to contact Studio 404 Weddings.  They might have someone that does hair of makeup there. It is a wedding studio in Long Beach that has like invitations and flowers and accessories. http://studio404weddings.com/

  My friend used a makeup artist from MAC, I think she has a facebook page you can look at and work she's done. She's reasonable and very good! My friend's makeup stayed on until way past midnight!!
