Hello All,
I am not new to the knot, but I am new to this board. I am a full-time graduate student who also works full-time and is in need of a three week plan that I can follow. I currently walk twice a day for about 30-60 minutes each time. I weigh 135 and am 5'3. My dress fitting went well, but I would like to look better, more defined and taut. I am a former personal trainer that just needs a major morale boost! Thanks in advance:)

Wow, sounds like you got a LOT on the plate. Give yourself some credit for doing what you are already doing! At 135 and 5'3" that is pretty good. I am pretty much the same at 130 and 5'2." Just ome toning up. Like xcalygrl said, don't know if you will notice much in 3 weeks. However, if it will make you feel better and help you deal with some of the stress continue the walking and add in some strength training. Something that was quick for me was to do the Briadalicious challenge. Also a board on here. It is over, but the board is still up and you can go and look at the moves. With your limited time this might help you get energized and work off some stress. Took me less than 20 minutes a day to add the strength training with the cardio I was doing. Good luck!
