Hey Ladies! I recently got married in Savannah and wanted to post a review of the venders I used. I found this type of post helpful when I was planning my wedding.
Ceremony site: Bethesda Home for Boys
- Beautiful! $500 for chapel. Love the chapel, but the lady in charge of the chapel was very difficult to get in touch with.
Reception site: Vic's on the River
- Wonderful to work with! Very helpful! Our guests raved about the food. They did a wonderful job with setting up the room. It was just how wanted.
Wedding coordinator: Bonnie Karr from First City Events
- We had Bonnie for the Day-Of. She was fabulous! She truly made our day worry-free. She definitely knows the business and is very sweet.
Photographer: Nichole Barrali
- We could not of been happier with Nichole. She was amazing! We have already got a sneak preview of our photos and I love them. Definitely would recommend Nichole.
Florist: Flower of Garden Square
- Very pleased! The flowers looked just how I imagined. They also did a great job decorating the chapel.
Wedding cake and Groom's cake: Bakers Pride
-We had our cake very simply decorated, but they did a good job. They cake is also very well priced.
DJ: First City Events (Jeff)
- Awesome! He did a great job reading the guests and knowing what song to play next.
Pianist: Ted Seaman
- He did an amazing job. He spoke with my dad several times prior to the ceremony to discuss our music options.
Hair/Make-up: JW Salon
- Very pleased. Averil (spelling?) did my hair and she did a great job!
Also, my parents rented a fabulous 3 bedroom house near forsyth park the week of the wedding. It was perfect to get ready in and for our sunday brunch.
Please let me know if you have any questions!
Happy planning!!!
