Opinions on BM dresses

I found a dress that I liked, all my girls liked, and it looked great on all of them. But then one of my girls found a very similar dress online, for 40 dollars less, with a beautiful broach on the side (which I really like). I feel a little uneasy about ordering online, and am worried that it may not look as good as the DB one did in person. Anyone have any experience buying dresses online, or opinions on which dress you like better, or what you would do if you were in my shoes?

I am on my tablet and can't copy links on here for some reason, but the DB dress is style F13573 and the one online is style MQ630 (sorry to put you to work to look at them!) TIA!

Nothing came up for the online only style :-(

Needless to say I do like the first one. DB dresses are incredibly hit or miss as far as fit goes. If you're set on that online only dress, I'd MAYBE try and find one on CL or RecycledBride just to even test out the fit and stuff and not be out as much money if it doesn't work out.

I would rather my girls try on dresses. Is that style sold anywhere near you in a store? I picked out a lot of dresses that the girls tried on and some that I loved online I didn't like in person. DB has a long dress with a brooch on the side however it's about the same price as your original.

The online one isn't at DB, if you thought I meant that. It should come up on google if you just type in MQ630. I'm actually looking at recycledbride right now.

We tried to see if it was sold anywhere near us and had no luck. As I just posted, I am trying recycledbride now though. :)</div>

Yeah that's the one I was talking about. It was my first pick online but I didn't like the brooch being so far over. Good luck with recycled bride! You could try eBay and maybe search through the classifieds on weddingbee too!

</div><div>I think I still like the first better. Like PP said, DB does have a dress that has side ruching with a brooch on one side- I think it's one of their most popular dresses. One of my BMs picked that dress for herself and absolutely loves it. I've tried it on too and it's definitely one that looks great on everyone.</div>

Just my personal opinion, but I like the one at DB better. And it's a safer bet since they can try it on.

Most onlines sites aren't reputable. I'd rather play it safe and knows what each girl looks like in the dress and know the quality, worksmenship than save 40$.

I would have no issue buying the dress online. I've bought a lot of stuff online and haven't had many issues.

I thought about it all day yesterday and I think I would feel more comfortable getting the DB ones. I know for sure I love them and I know for sure the girls look great in them, so I wouldn't have to worry about that. Lord knows I don't need anymore unnecessary stress or things to worry about! lol Thanks for all your opinions!
