My pastor will not give us an amount to pay him.  How much is usually given?

    Hmmm, total deja vu of me answering this same exact post earlier today, posted by the same person.  Did you want answers in a different currency?  Hmmm, $100 probably translates to $110 Canadian.  How's that answer?
