Sandals Nighttime Dress Code: Resort Elegant. What did you pack?

If you went to Sandals or another resort chain with a nighttime dress code, what kind of clothes did you take and wear out to dinner?

I pretty much live in blue jeans. I've got slacks and blouses from when I had an office job, but I've got a feeling that this is a great excuse to go shopping! What should I get?

I would go with some cute dresses or some skirts with cute tops. I'm probably going to bring a couple of more elegant dresses to wear for a couple of nights because I enjoy dressing up every now and then.

I took cute dresses. Most people were in sundress type outfits. I didn't dress up like prom though.

Cute dresses. I also wore dressy capris with a nice top one night. Now maybe this doesn't happen everywhere, but we went to Sandals Antigua, and we saw so many guys wearing jeans and sandals to the rsetaurants that were supposed to be dressier. Not that lots of people weren't dressed nicely, but there were definitely a bunch who didn't follow along.
