Tuesday Accountability

I did awesome until FI came home with apple pie and ice cream last night. Hmmm. And I chowed down on it since I started my period yesterday and couldn't fight it. Sooo bad.

B- black coffee
L- wegmans greek chicken pita
s- luna bar
D- lean cuisine turkey, stuffing and cinnamon apples, grapes
s- apple pie, vanilla ice cream

E- ran 3.1 miles

  • B- 2 slices of toast & pumpkin butter
    L- Chicken Parm Lean Pocket & fun size 3 musketeers bar
    S1: White nectarine
    D: Grilled flatbread pizza from Skinnytaste, with tomatoes and artichoke hearts, salad, & banana-pineapple cupcake
    S2: Chips and dip, and I feel all gross and bloaty today from all the sodium I ate yesterday.

    E: 5 1/2 miles of walking.

  • B - Apple cinnamon cheerios, coffee with a little milk & splenda
    S - chocolate chunk chewy granola bar, apple pie yogurt
    L - turkey sandwich and baby carrots
    S - pear, 2 peanut butter crackers
    D - baked chicken and broccolli and snap peas
    And a few tortilla chips after dinner

    E - Weight lifting/strength training for 35 minutes and 25 minutes on the treadmill
  • I drink a lot of coffee during the day and I have to have something with it, hence all the sweet snacks. :/

    B - black coffee and a small crumb cake
    S1 -  a Reese's cup and black coffee
    L - turkey and cheese sandwich on whole wheat, potato chips, youghurt
    S2 - a biscotti and black coffee
    D - a burger and sweet potato fries

    E - 25 minutes on the eliptical and 40 sit ups
