?? about bridal clutch

I'm came across this bridal clutch that is just gorgeous and so perfect with my dress/theme, but I'm wondering how practical they actually are. How much do brides actually use them? Do you carry it with you all day? I've never actually seen a bride with one so I'm curious....I need to justify the $$ (even though its beauty should be enough lol)

• I LOVE that! But IDK how practical they really are. A friend of mine had a purse, but it seemed like she just kept making her MOH run to it to get lipstick and such. How many things do you really need that day?

Just because you saw it on Four Weddings, doesn't mean it's a good idea.
• Well that's the thing... i mean I'll have my lipstick/gloss and kleenex lol
But other than that, it's not like I need my wallet or my ID :P
However we do plan on going for a "night cap" in the market (hot spot at night) with whomever wishes to join us; we want to hit up a bar in our wedding attire and toast the night! I could use a clutch at that point...

I dunno... it's a very subtle clutch that could go with other outfits... I'm not a purse girl to begin with mind you... maybe I'll put it on my Bridal Shower registry haha

• it is pretty! but i do not plan on having one. i just figure i'll have some larger more practical bag in our little room at the church, and i'll have someone bring it to our reception hall for me. i don't plan on really needing much during the ceremony or while taking pictures. i'll probably do a few touchups before we enter the reception, but i won't need that bag with me at all times.
Happily married since 9/1/2012!

• It gorgeous! And I would use it again even if it was just for nights out on the town. I won't be having one because how everything is set up. The venue has a bathroom and you go through anothe rdoor connecting in the bathroom to get to the room where I'll be getting ready. So I can just run to the bathroom and all my stuff will be stashed in the next room. Pretty sneaky. How much is it may I ask? That would have a lot to do with whether I would, personally, buy it or not.
• It's about $50. I know it's not a crazy amount but it's still $50 that may not need to be spent.

• Hmm... I love it and if you can use it again, I say go for it! I'm not planning on have one only because I have a terrible habit of LOSING things, and in the excitement of my wedding I would almost positively lose this!

Hmm... $50 is a good amount for me... Ummm... do you see yourself ever using it again? Because if not, I'd probably let it go. If so, then it might be worth it. Why not do what I do and just hold on to the picture for awhile? Sometimes I do that and I wear myself out of it. By the time I would buy it, I'm kind of tired of it. lol!

• I don't plan on having one. I'm just going to put together a tote bag of essentials and keep it in the bridal suite at my venue. Maybe something I'll need fairly often (like lip gloss) I'll either have my MOH or FI carry for me.

• I considerign having one, but i'd just leave it on the sweetheart table all night. I'm seriously considering just leaving my regular purse with the country club staff (they will put it in the limo before we leave so I don't have to carry it out). I have to have a bag to carry somethings, like my wallet and my Epi Pen (just in case!).

• I think that clutch is so absolutely gorgeous, but if you're not sure that you'll use it much or use it afterwards, then it might not be worth it. I thought about getting one just to carry my powder compact and chapstick with me throughout the night, but FI ALWAYS carries those for me when I don't take my purse so I figure he'll have them in his pocket for me the whole night anyway :)
• Agree with PP that if you'll use it again to go for it. I'm not going to buy anything special for that night because I wouldn't use a white clutch again most likely. I'll probably keep everything I need either in the room off of the ballroom that is reserved for us and the WP or in a tote under the sweetheart table.
