Photography delima

I'm looking at a fall wedding either Oct 30th or Nov 6th of this year. What do people do for fall weddings as far as pictures are concerned. Where the ceremony will be it will have to start at around 2:30 or 3:00 pm. The venue I'm looking at really nice includes cake, linens, sash, centerpiece, open bar, cocktail hour, dinner for around 7500 for 200 guest. The  problem is the venue does not have a place to take pictures. The light at the place for the wedding is not that great. Because it is the fall it will get dark around 5 pm. The reception will be at the Candle Light Banquets in Chicago Ridge, IL. Is anyone familiar with this area where we (the bridal party) can go to take pictures while the guest are having cocktail hour? Or does anyone have any suggestions where to go or what to do when having a fall wedding?

Most photogs usually have favorite "spots" they frequent for shots during inclement weather or for seasonal times like fall and winter weddings. When meeting with potential vendors it's definitely a question you will want to ask before you book. You could also pull in something specific to you and your FI. If you are a fan of the arts try a gallery, museum or other type of location which may hold a link to something both of you love. My cousin just got married in December here in the Northeast and he works at our State's capitol. They chose to have their photos at the capitol building and they came out really fantastic.
