second guesses

Does anyone here (who hasn't been planning their wedding since they were 7) ever make decisions and then second guess them..

Or is it just me?

I've been second guessing my dress, which is terrifying. I know it looks GREAT, but I didn't have that "omg, it's the one" cry. I also usually don't cry, but... hey. When everyone tells me I'm just supposed to *know*... I absolutely have second thoughts.

But I haven't second guessed my FI.

I'm with you! I never dreamed about my wedding because it was hard to picture it without THAT someone in it. When I knew I wanted to marry FI we had been together a little less than a year and I didn't want to get too excited so I refused to look at anything but engagement rings until I had a ring on my finger. Since then, my ideas have changed, but my colors have stayed the same so at least I have that to go off of. Hard to believe we've been planning for over a year now and it's just over 5 months away!

I second guess things all the time as well. I am having a hard time choosing my colors, bridesmaids dresses, and I have even been second guessing my wedding dress! Like the PP I didn't get the 'one' feeling, but you know what, I don't think I am that type of girl. I love my dress and will eventually come to some sort of decision regarding our colors and dresses.

I second guessed everything with our wedding and actually changed our venue, my dress, my hairstyle, tux rental place and my shoes. I ended up loving my second choice. Don't worry about second guessing... or changing your mind. You will know when it feels right.

I do it all the time! I am horrible at making decisions and my wedding is the like complete opposite of how we started out!

I also second guessed my dress majorly - I cried for like days and was even having another dress shipped to a store near me to try on but then I went back to try on my dress and fell back in love with it!

I think its hard because there are SO many beautiful weddings that I just want to do it all but I can't. My wedding is like preppy, sophisticated rustic but I love the look of other weddings as well but some things just won't go with what I am planning.
