photo opps near Garfield, NJ / The Venetian

Hi All,

Was wondering if anyone from around the Garfield area knows of any places that might make for great photo opportunities aside from those taken from the Venetian.  Our photographer has been known to take pics in fields, city streets, in front of diners, train stations, etc. so looking for a neat spot or recommendations since we're not from the area.

Any help is appreciated, thanks!!

    paterson falls or lamberst castle is very close by

    If you're looking for place in Garfield, people like to take pictures at Dahnert's Lake (on Midland Ave) or Belmont Hill (it's sort of a park) and that's off Palisade/Belmont Ave.

    I was married at the venetian & took my pics at Lamberts Castle.  I know that may be a trite location to some brides but that was where I had wanted to go. My photos aren't available online anymore to show you unfortunately.
