OBX Flowers

I have read that alot of people are getting flowers from Harris Teeter for their weddings.  Do they have alot to offer?  I know that I can't afford much for flowers & I want just flowers for the bridal party.  How many days before your ceremony do you pick up the flowers?  Also does anyone have the contact info for the harris teeter florist?  I am getting married in Nags Head on 8-8!!  Super excited!

    I used Harris Teeter and I was very pleased and the prices were great.  I didn't want to use a lot of flowers at the wedding, basically just for myself and the BM's, so we purchased the flowers and picked them up the day before the wedding and my MIL arranged the BM's bouquets for us.  I had Maggi make my bridal bouquet though.

    Maggi is great to work with and will pretty much do anything.  Ohhhh, we also got the guys corsages there as well.

    I will have to talk with them, I also don't want alot of flowers.  Just for the bridal party.  Since we aren't having a traditional reception don't have to worry about tables & all that.

    I also used Magi from HT.  I loved my flowers from there.  We ordered roses, mini calla lilies, and other varieties and put the bouquets together ourselves.  They were beautiful!

    I just emailed Maggi this week and am hoping to work with her on my Sept. wedding.  I also just need flowers for the bridal party.  I'm going to be in the OBX in early June and am going to meet with her in person.  I'm sure she can also do everything by phone or email but I couldn't resist the opportunity to talk (and look at!) flowers!  Love them!

    We just ordered loose daisies from Maggi (60) to be picked up the day before my wedding.  We also ordered a small toss bouquet.  I don't want to throw my $145 bouquet from Sugar Snaps!  If I had known earlier, we would have went with Maggi for everything, but I do really like Shirley from Sugar Snaps so we're happy :)

    Do any of you ladies have contact information or know if she works weekends?  I actually live 45 minutes away from the beach so it wouldn't be crazy to drive down and meet alot.  I want to do hydrangeas, peony roses, and daisys.  Are these easy to get?  I honestly know nothing about flowers.
