Venue Help as well....

I am having a hard time finding another venue that is not an arm and leg for both my ceremony and reception.  My date has now changed to October 1, 2011.  I have a caterer, an officiate, flowers, cakes but no venue for it all.  Is there anywhere in the Durham/  Chapel Hill area where I can have a little over 100 guests, serve my own alcohol and have my own caterer?  I know this is last minute but my guest list grew thus forcing me to find another place.  I'm hoping I don't have to postpone our wedding!

Its a little out of the way from Durham/Chapel Hill, but try this site  http://www.elonnc.com/parks/

Or you can also try other parks closer to you. I paid $300 to have the community building for the day and the buildings capacity is somewhere around 125. And you can have your own alcohol and all that stuff.

Well our place is the Rigmor house in chapel hill but that is the same exact date we chose.  How about the Spruce Pine Lodge.  It is in Durham/ Rougemont area and they were only like $300 cause its part of the Durham Parks

Update... I tried all those places and they were booked for our date.  I did however, come across Carol's Garden Inn.  It's a B&B in Durham, great price for the whole house (3 rooms) plus the backyard for the ceremony and reception.  Now I'm in the rut of figuring out how I want to and where to set up both the ceremony and reception.  I know I have to rent items but not sure what!

Gregory Vineyards in Angier NC I don't think has booked that day.  They are really affordable, allow outside catering but i think they only allow their wine.  It's worth looking into.

    they have a website
