Weekend warriors!

What is everyone's plans for the weekend?

This afternoon I'm going to try to call my venue about some questions I have & calling local seamstresses, and work on centerpieces.
Tomorrow I am meeting with the family friends that are doing our flowers and hopefully asking if she would also consider being the DOC.  I'm also going to shop for a RD dress.
Sunday we are meeting with our pastor after church to talk about the wedding and hopefully confirm him being the one to marry us.  Then I want to hit the beach because the water has been 75 degrees!

    I have my second shower tomorrow and then my bachelorette party tomorrow night!  I'm so excited!  My BFF who lives in TX flew in yesterday (she flew in for the shower, but I wanted her to be here for the bachelorette too so we scheduled it for the same weekend).  I've got a bunch of errands to run today to get ready for everything.  AND we filed our marriage intention today!!

    My bridal shower is tomorrow at 1 and then my bachelorette is to follow. I'm excited! My sister is also ready to have her baby any minute . . . so that could possibly happen this weekend. Then Sunday I am taking my Uncle (who is going to be our officiant) shopping for his outfit for the wedding.  :)

    I have my shower tomorrow after work. That will likely be the only WR thing I'm doing this weekend.

    FI is away for the weekend for his bachelor party, so I'm flying solo.  I have my shower tomorrow, and sadly I'm not as excited about it as I thought I would be.  I am really overwhelmed right now and instead of being the center of attention, I'd rather lay in bed all day to escape reality for a while.  But instead, I'm going to try to be as positive and productive as possible.

    We are almost finished with our kitchen remodel and I want to put all my kitchen items back in the kitchen and out of the boxes in my living room.  I'm hoping to get that done tonight.  Also, someone is supposed to come and haul away all the debris from our old kitchen.

    Tomorrow, after my shower, I may start painting our house.  I need to get it all painted by next weekend because our new flooring is going in and I want it all done before that happens.  FI is out of town all next week, so I get to tackle that on my own.  Yay!! (extreme sarcasm intended)

    I really want to get the last 36 bows tied on my bubbles tonight. Ready to be done with that! I'm also getting my hair trimmed which will probably be the last time before the wedding. While I'm at the mall where the salon is I'm also going to get my ering resized and replated...Tomorrow we are going to the wedding of a couple FI and I hang out with regularly. We've been talking about our weddings for months and I am so excited for theirs!!...Sunday FI wants to stop by an open house for a house he's been looking at online. We aren't quite ready to buy but it won't hurt to stop by. I also have my makeup trial! I'm excited but nervous because I don't wear much makeup and feel silly when I have too much on.

    Today I ordered everything but candles that I need for my centerpieces! For under 35 bucks! Tomorrow I'm doing makeup and photos at my FSIL's friend's wedding...if I have time I may also attend a coworkers reception. Her ceremony is private. I prob won't have time for the latter if I'm going to be doing pictures for the entire wedding...if only I was getting paid haha. I would love to attend her reception though since a lot of the same people will be at mine. Sunday I have no plans YET. I need to get my Mom to go dress shopping! But its not going to happen!

    I need to rest, so little planned.

    This is my son's scheduled week-end with his dad, but dad-of-the-year went to an all day concert today, and won't be free to have son until tomorrow. I am taking him to a back-to-school function at his karate school :)

    Tomorrow, I think I may drag FI to Hobby Lobby to look at Unity Candles. We have to buy groceries.

    That sums it up :)
