Any Venues in Columbus that aren't all inclusive?

My fiance and I are getting pretty frustrated with all of the "all inclusive" venues, and the ridiculous charges for things like cake cutting or security.

Are there any venues that just rent the space and will let us hire our own caterers, and etc.? I can't believe this is so hard to find.

Do you have a caterer in mind? If it's a professional caterer, they should be a great source of all the places around central ohio that they can go to.... big, little, alchohol or not.....

Try the Gahanna Sanctuary. It is beautiful!

Swim and Racquet Club, Olde Gahanna Sanctuary, The Big Room, and YWCA will allow you to bring in your own caterer and alcohol. I know Valley Dale Ballroom will let you bring in your own caterer.

I believe the Vault will allow you to bring in your own caterer (but not alcohol)

Amelita Mirolo Barn in Upper Arlington allows you to pick your own caterer. They aren't a venue that specifically specializes in weddings. It is kind of small....max capacity is 150. My fiance and I just reserved it for our August 2013 wedding.
