Morning Ladies! This one's an early post because I have to go to a mind-numbing three and a half hour training this morning at work.
Kempo went well last night, but I'm really irritated the extra lb from the weekend isn't off yet. Stupid sodium. Today is stretch x, so I won't be burning too many calories, and it's too hot already to take the dog for a long walk, so I may add in some light biking at home. I also might just use it as a rest day, minus stretch x - decisions, decisions.
Eating was good yesterday, and should be good today. We're going fr a team luncheon but at least it's to a deli so I can get a salad.
